Mental Health Therapy

Helping you to look after your mental health well-being.

Based in London and Surrey (UK), Dr Ingrid Bacon offers individual therapy for a range of difficulties including stressful life events, relationships and personal development. The therapeutic process is carried out in collaboration with the person. It starts with an initial assessment of therapeutic needs.
